A Community That Cares was originally created by Daljit DJ Parmar and Kabir Shaukat Ali for the purpose of tackling social issues within the community by utilizing the media. The current media campaign that they are producing is entitled "Youth Against Gang Violence", which is one that is desperately needed and has been a long time coming. Their previous Anti-Drinking and Driving campaign that was the first ever campaign of it's kind targeted directly at the South Asian community and was a huge success.
